In 1963 - 1969 she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and in 1970 graduated at the workshop of Prof. Czesław Knothe. Since 1975 she has been working with canvas and watercolour painting. In 1979 she became full member of the Polish Artists' Union and has remained such up to the present. In recent years she has been engaged in independent creative search of new means of expression to show complexity of human internal nature, both in indirect form - landscape, still life - as well as in direct one – psychological portrait.

 

Participation in exhibitions: 1976 - Florence, 1976 - Getyng, 1977 - Rottenburg, 1977 - Bad Windsheim, 1978 - Warsaw - 2nd Warsaw Art Fair, 1979 - Cracow - Plein-air’79, 1980 - Cracow - Post-plein-air Exhibition, 1981 - Lesko – Bieszczady’80, 1981 - Radom - 2nd All-Polish Triennial - Contemporary Portrait Introduction, 1984 - Poznan - Interart, 1986 - Warsaw - one-men show in Sciana Wschodnia Gallery, 1988 and 1989 - Alesund, 1992 - Warsaw - The Warsaw Art Decade, 2001 - Warsaw - The Open Door Exhibition.

Her paintings are in the collections in Poland, Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Sweden, Norway, Tunisia, France, Japan, USA and  Switzerland.
